I Am A Keeper.

For a very long time I’ve been looking forward to reading a post like this. Brilliant Taylor.


I am a keeper.

I don’t mean that in the “You can bring her home to your mom and then marry her,” kind of keeper.  I mean that I, myself, keep people.  Consider the allusion to Meet The Fockers; once you are in the circle of trust, you’re fucking in.  And I am going to make sure that I keep you in that circle.  It’s an exclusive club, and I try and keep members of that club for life.

Unfortunately, life has wanted me to start grasping the concept that most people in life are temporary.  Let me rephrase that, ALL PEOPLE IN LIFE ARE TEMPORARY.

As of late, my grandma passed away.  My ex/first love and I have been broken up for almost a year, the distance between my sister and I grows larger with every day, and the Father whom I once put on a pedestal is now…
