What does hope really mean? Hope can be and has been symbolized by many things: as light, a dove, an open door, greener grass, summer mornings and so on. But what does hope really do to us?

Allow me to explain a sad story I’m all to well familiar with.

There was once a boy called John. He fell in love with a girl named Sarah and she, with him. Things couldn’t have been better and brighter for these two new love birds. Sarah was everything John wanted and more and him likewise to her. They were found everywhere together and no cuter couple could be named. Above themselves, they cherished each other. Nothing could break their bond of love, or so they thought. As John was the one who fell in love with Sarah first, he’s love was deeper. Which eventually results to his undoing.
